想从激烈的面试竞争中脱而出,小伙伴得学会以下黄金提

 

在绝大多数的职业面试后,相信大家都会遇到面试官例行公事抛出的一个问题:“So, do you have any questions for me?”  这时候,小伙伴们千万需要把握住这个反问面试官的机会,通过聪明的反问问题来增强对面试公司及工作职位的全面了解,而且很有可能为你的面试加分噢。

 

 

黄金提问之第一问:

询问企业文化总是很重要的一个问题,从面试官的回答中可以判断出自己和面试公司是否有金玉良缘,且是否容易融入此企业文化。

 

例如:“What qualities will a person in tis role need to be successful in your company culture — as an individual and as a worker?”;“Can you explain the culture to me, with examples of how the company upholds it?”;“Can you describe a typical day for someone in this position?”

 

 

黄金提问之第二问:

通过询问面试官的一些背景情况,不仅可以加深对公司的了解,还可与面试官建立良好关系,但切记不要问一些让面试官感到冒犯的问题。

 

例如:“What has been your experience here?”;"I understand you joined the company five years ago. With all the growth you've had, how do you find the experience of working here now compared to when you started?”;“What excites you most about your job, and what do you like most about this company?”

 

 

黄金提问之第三问:

多问一些与公司相关的“为什么”,这可以展示面试者对公司情况已做足功课,并且进行了进一步的思考,而且向公司展示了你对探讨问题的开放姿态

例如:"Why did you close down your parts business rather than try to find a buyer for it?" ;"Why did you decide to move to a product-based organization structure?”

 

 

黄金提问之第四问:

关注企业未来走向,可有效了解今后在此公司职业发展平台以及潜力

 

例如:"You've achieved large productivity gains in the past three years. Where do you believe future operational improvements will come from?" ;"Looking ahead to the next couple of years, what are the potential growth areas that people in the company are most excited about?”;“What do you think is the greatest opportunity facing the organization in the near future? The biggest threat?”

 

 

黄金提问之第五问:

了解公司对员工的态度,询问如何鼓励员工,可知道公司是否重视鼓舞员工士气, 注重员工个人成长和企业共同成长

 

例如:“How have you recognized your employees in the past?”;“How does the company keep employees excited, innovative, and motivated?”;“What are the biggest rewards of working at this job and for this company?”;

 

 

黄金提问之第六问:

询问关于面试职位的相关信息,尤其是该职位的上升发展潜力。更值得一提的是,在一些容易遇到玻璃天花板效应的公司,此时的信息可帮助面试者及时筛选到符合自己发展目标的公司, 以免步入死胡同

 

例如:“What scope is there for personal development at your company?”; “What did the person who previously help this job go on to do?”;“How has this position evolved since it was created?”

 

 

黄金提问之第七问:

关于上岗之初公司对新员工的期望和任务要求。这是一类非常实际的问题,通过面试官的答案,我们就可以了解到上岗后需要特别去关注的地方,并且能在工作初期给公司员工和上级留下一个很好的印象

 

例如:“What is the top priority for the person in this position over the next three months?”;“If offered the position, can you give me examples of ways I would collaborate with my manager?”;“What are the most important things you’d like to see me accomplish in the first 30, 60 and 90 days of my employment?”

 

 

当然,面对不同的面试官,小伙伴们还需要仔细思考来选择你的问题。一个适合问普通招聘官的问题可能并不适合问高级主管或你的未来老板。

小编在这里更想强调的是,不管面试你的是谁,最后的个宝机会千万不要浪太多在关于薪水,假期,退休金等方面,那样可能会得你更关心能得到的好而不是真正关心公司和事业

要知道,面试官已阅人无数,更是听遍了各种版本“背好的题目”。他们需要寻找的是哪怕只有一点点与众不同的特质。让自己不显刻意地展现个人魅力和独特性才是最关键的。
